Lyre Bowl in Cherry

Description

Large Lyre Bowls like this have a wonderfully full and out-going sound. If you wish to give sound-baths this size has the range to allow that harmonic tuning that sounds like a gong only more harmonious. If you wish to play music this size has two full octaves of melodic notes. Made by Wilfred in our Devon studio the balance of sound and strength comes through very well in this piece. Cherry gives it a bright, dancing, flowers-of-spring-filled energy. The sound sample below starts with the full melodic tuning then gives you the sound in the harmonic tuning.
