Adrian Freedman is a highly skilled musician. His Shakuhachi playing is of such high renown that even in the instrument’s native Japan halls will fill when he is playing. As producer of this album his accessory skills as a music editor and producer have ensured the highest standards at which Sounding Bowls have been recorded. This album is a testament to Adrian’s attention to detail and feeling for musical flow.

Together he and Tobias Kaye have created a meditation on string and breath; a lustrous sound that is relaxing and awakening in equal measure. This ‘Wind in the Branches’ album with Tobias is a balanced meeting of two beautiful acoustic instruments, and of two creative souls intuitively seeking the perfect arc of musical phrase and artistic collaboration. The result is a perennial album of transcendental acoustic music that matures over time. It remains as a timeless record of when English timber and Japanese bamboo met and the wind shook the branches.

Postage and Packing included in the price.
